Boost immunity, fight colds/flus, conquer sleepless nights, balance blood sugar, and enhance heart, oral, metabolic, and menstrual well-being.

....and more!

Boost immunity, fight colds/flus, conquer sleepless nights, balance blood sugar, and enhance heart, oral, metabolic, and menstrual well-being.

Immunity & health support

Tea’s polyphenols, flavonoids, L-Theanine, vitamin C, zinc, selenium, anti-viral and probiotic properties, can enhance immune function, boost gamma-delta T cells function for infection defense, and protect cells from damage. All teas can boost immune health.

Energy without fatigue

Green and black teas, as well as mate, matcha, and oolong, offer a gradual energy boost due to their natural caffeine, L-theanine, and tannins. These are absorbed slower than coffee’s caffeine. For a caffeine-free alternative, try rooibos!

Restful sleep

Apigenin in chamomile binds to receptors in the brain responsible for inducing sleepiness and decreasing anxiety. Chamomile improves sleep quality and its drinkers wake up refreshed.

Heart support

Rich in catechins, flavonoids, and antioxidants, tea improves endothelial function, aiding in vasodilation and vasoconstriction regulation for blood pressure control, and blood flow. It also balances HDL/LDL cholesterol levels, reduces heart oxidative stress, prevents clotting, and lessens cardiac disease risks. For heart health, consider black, green, or herbal teas.

Metabolic support

A healthy metabolic rate is essential for immune cell function. Catechins and aspalathin in black, green, white, matcha, mate, and rooibos tea can help boost your metabolic rate by reducing stress hormones. To top it all off, drink chai or chamomile! A well-functioning digestive system can support a healthy metabolism.

Blood sugar regulation

Green, black, oolong, and matcha, contain EGCG and flavonoids that improve insulin sensitivity and support blood sugar regulation. Spices in chai, like cinnamon, and other teas like yerba mate and hibiscus, also show these benefits.

Oral health

Mint’s potent aroma instantly freshens the breath, and its antimicrobial qualities combat oral bacteria. Spices in chai, such as cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves, also help in freshening breath. EGCG in some teas target sulfur compounds responsible for bad breath.

Menstrual support

Herbal and green teas, rich in EGCG, offer anti-inflammatory and muscle-relaxant benefits that can alleviate menstrual cramps and combat inflammation. The natural diuretic properties of caffeine in some green teas can also help reduce bloating and water retention.

I ordered a personalized lifestyle box for each of my grandparents for Christmas. They both loved the experience of taking the quiz and the unique combo of teas they received. My grandma fell in love with the box, specifically the anti-nausea and muscle pain focused teas as she struggles with this daily.

She even loved the box so much, and plans to create a collection of them and plans to re-order.

Safe to say, I’m the favorite grandson and that they loved it 🙂
